Abidemi is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria.
Currently, she works as an Assistant Lecturer at the Osun State University, and her research focuses on employee well-being, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
She aims to earn a PhD in Human Resource Management, and consult for organizations that understand the importance of dedicated and empowered employees.
