Motivated by a desire to apply science for meaningful societal impact, he went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Biochemistry at the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN). His postgraduate research focused on breast cancer therapeutics, with particular emphasis on the use of medicinal plants.
Charles currently works as a Molecular Scientist at the Molecular Diagnostics and Research Laboratory, UNILORIN, where he is actively involved in applied molecular research. Outside the laboratory, he volunteers with a non-governmental organization that supports underprivileged children through education advocacy, scholarships, and mentorship.
He aspires to become a leading researcher in cancer biology, contributing to drug discovery and the development of innovative healthcare solutions through advanced scientific research.
