His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding disease mechanisms and contributing to advancements in biomedical research. He has gained hands-on experience in Biochemical and Molecular Biology through research roles at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) and Helix Biogen Institute. During this time, he worked on projects involving computational monoclonal antibody engineering and vaccine design.
Beyond his academic and research pursuits, Goodness has demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for impact. He has been actively involved in mentoring students, teaching, and coordinating research teams.
His contributions to education were recognized with the NAPPS Lagos State Best Teacher of the Year Award in 2022.
Looking ahead, he plans to pursue a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on cancer research. His long-term goal is to establish a research laboratory in Nigeria, where he hopes to drive scientific innovation and mentor the next generation of researchers.
