To be eligible for the Michael Taiwo Scholarships, applicants must:
- Be recent graduates or final-year students from any recognized College, University, or Polytechnic.
- Hold a minimum of a baccalaureate in Sciences, Engineering, Law, Medicine, Social Sciences, Education, Arts and Humanities, or any other accredited field.
- Complete the Application Form during the Application Window.
OTHER APPLICATION NOTES
- While the ideal candidate typically has a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5-point scale (or equivalent), the selection process is holistic.
- Strong emphasis is placed on:
- Application essay asking why you should be considered for the scholarship.
- Other academic achievements, e.g. standardized exam scores, authorship of scholarly articles, etc.
- Demonstrated potential to succeed in graduate school and clarity of goals
